01:27 - 01:32
Chris Hensley
So let's, let's dive right into it, because you're like, duh, duh, duh, duh.
01:32 - 01:41
Chris Hensley
Background that you have, with working with all of these, these companies, before kind of, you know, taking the brave step of launching off into your own venture, right?
01:41 - 01:45
Chris Hensley
Tell me a little bit about your career evolution.
01:45 - 01:54
Chris Hensley
Could you share that story of your transition from those Fortune 500 corporate executive role to becoming an influential career coach?
01:55 - 01:56
Elona Lopari
Yeah, absolutely.
01:56 - 02:12
Elona Lopari
It's all on the journey, right, and I never would have thought I would be here, but I think it would say open to the evolution as a perfectly stated, We kinda leads us to our vocation to the thing that we want to do in the world and to the way that we want to create impact.
02:12 - 02:14
Elona Lopari
So, that was my story.
02:14 - 02:19
Elona Lopari
I, natively, Albanian moved to the US when I was 15, seen a lot of struggles for my parents.
02:19 - 02:21
Elona Lopari
The oldest child started working at 15.
02:21 - 02:28
Elona Lopari
So very early on, I was injected with the American Dream with, get a college degree, you know, would be successful in your career.
02:28 - 02:32
Elona Lopari
So I did all of that, and there came a time, 15 years.
02:32 - 02:34
Elona Lopari
I climbed the corporate ladder in the retail environment.
02:34 - 02:43
Elona Lopari
It happens to be that the company I was working for, was in growth, bolts of that helped, really helped me also, the learn and grow within that environment.
02:43 - 02:47
Elona Lopari
So I did various roles for them, from HR, to marketing, to sales.
02:47 - 02:49
Elona Lopari
My latest one was the regional director.
02:49 - 02:51
Elona Lopari
But, however, every journey does come to an end.
02:51 - 03:01
Elona Lopari
The company was bought by another company, in the cultural turn, very profit driven, meaning I no longer saw a future that was no more growth opportunities that I was used to.
03:01 - 03:09
Elona Lopari
And also, I could see how very fast, a culture that was pretty healthy for many years, could turn into a toxic environment.
03:09 - 03:14
Elona Lopari
And that's where I started looking around and looking at other opportunities.
03:14 - 03:19
Elona Lopari
I did consider, you know, maybe moving to another company, but then it felt like been there done that.
03:19 - 03:29
Elona Lopari
So this journey of entrepreneurship was something that, my husband was an entrepreneur for many years in the construction contracting industry.
03:29 - 03:41
Elona Lopari
So, he was actually the first wanted to give me that nudge and say, Well, listen, you have a lot of experience furniture to go off on your own and just help people based on sort of what you learned so far and all the 15 years.
03:41 - 03:42
Elona Lopari
So that's what I did.
03:43 - 03:50
Elona Lopari
I started with executive coaching with women leaders, and then I moved on to career coaching, but I think you don't have the rest of the pieces of the evolution.
03:50 - 04:03
Elona Lopari
Now, I work with purpose driven entrepreneurs and corporations, which I've gone back on my own terms, that are really using the channel of entrepreneurship to pretty much do what I did in my journey, build a purpose driven company.
04:03 - 04:11
Elona Lopari
Something that, first of all gives you a lot of meaning is creating impact out there in the world, and is helping you align your purpose with your profits.
04:11 - 04:20
Elona Lopari
So that is my day-to-day work that I do today through the continuation and the process of now being an entrepreneur for five years.
04:21 - 04:22
Chris Hensley
I love it.
04:22 - 04:23
Chris Hensley
I love it.
04:23 - 04:24
Chris Hensley
You know, purpose driven companies.
04:24 - 04:25
Chris Hensley
That's a huge thing.
04:25 - 04:27
Chris Hensley
We've talked many over the past 10 years.
04:28 - 04:30
Chris Hensley
The rate that the guest has been on the year.
04:30 - 04:36
Chris Hensley
We've done a lot of shows about values driven companies, corporate responsibility, and that sort of thing.
04:37 - 04:43
Chris Hensley
You shared with us, you know, that the struggle, as an immigrant, I'm here in Houston, we have many immigrants here in Houston.
04:43 - 04:55
Chris Hensley
And so, a lot of people can relate to the struggle of, you know, getting into the US, and you talked about the American Dream, and then kinda seeing things working, you know, kind of unfolding, And you've been working since you were 15.
04:57 - 05:09
Chris Hensley
Then the company, you know, fast forward until you're working for this corporation, and then they were, they were bought out by a bigger company that, you know, where you could see the culture climate change, where it could possibly be profit driven.
05:10 - 05:12
Chris Hensley
That wouldn't necessarily be in a positive way.
05:12 - 05:24
Chris Hensley
For a lot of times, people, that's, that's one of the things we don't have control over, is if it comes in and gets bought out, through mergers, and acquisition and does layoffs and that sort of thing, that might be when somebody raises their hand.
05:24 - 05:33
Chris Hensley
And said, OK, I need a career to retool and start looking, right, let's shift just a little bit, because one of the areas that you focused on is women's empowerment.
05:35 - 05:38
Chris Hensley
In your coaching, you emphasize empowering women.
05:38 - 05:41
Chris Hensley
What challenges do you think are unique to women in leadership?
05:41 - 05:44
Chris Hensley
And how do you address these in your coaching?
05:45 - 05:46
Elona Lopari
Yeah, Yeah.
05:46 - 05:50
Elona Lopari
I mean, I definitely have ventured out to also then my male counterparts.
05:50 - 06:11
Elona Lopari
As I like to say, the society is made up of both and I think we complement each other very, very well lead now, but it's specifically women leaders, this, you know, the dose of belief, right, The, the juggling of too many things, and too many responsibilities in live, defining ourselves from our roles, rather than what we're actually capable of doing.
06:11 - 06:25
Elona Lopari
Not even having a lot of opportunities to even, know, kinda test ourselves and challenge ourselves for various roles, so that we can see our potential, so we can understand how to learn and grow and develop our skills and all of that.
06:26 - 06:30
Elona Lopari
I think definitely this has changed in today's world, so that's, that's the good news.
06:30 - 06:31
Elona Lopari
I think a lot more women are.
06:31 - 06:44
Elona Lopari
Choosing entrepreneurship actually asked that vocation to create a life on their own terms, you know, be there for their most important relationships, but also be able to learn and grow all in a virtual environment.
06:44 - 06:52
Elona Lopari
So I think would definitely have changed, you know, our circumstances of the way that we're actually doing the work, our work out there.
06:52 - 07:06
Elona Lopari
But I would say some of those mindset imposter syndrome, you know, a lot of self believe, things that hold us back or just, yeah, overall, know, kind of understanding that we have a lot of value.
07:06 - 07:20
Elona Lopari
And I've noticed one common thread with a lot of women that I worked all over the years, including myself, It's been a journey kind of valuing our time, valuing our services, valuing what we bring to the table, rather than the value.
07:20 - 07:31
Elona Lopari
We are thinking that a gift, or something that we do naturally, know, can be something that we can charge for, and someone else can actually get an amazing transformation from.
07:31 - 07:38
Elona Lopari
Because a lot of the times, if we do something naturally, because we are nurturers, you know, we just take it for granted.
07:38 - 07:41
Elona Lopari
Like, well, and now, everybody must do this, right?
07:41 - 07:47
Elona Lopari
So, yeah, I would say some of those things, is what I've seen in my journey.
07:47 - 07:48
Chris Hensley
I love it, I love it.
07:48 - 07:56
Chris Hensley
So those are very powerful things that you spoke about For people who are, you know, any of these things is self belief.
07:57 - 08:06
Chris Hensley
Juggling, you know, time commitments and making sure that you're able to accomplish everything that you're trying to do Even just for women, even just having a fair playing field, right.
08:06 - 08:11
Chris Hensley
The opportunities that you mentioned, just having access to all the opportunities that they should have.
08:11 - 08:19
Chris Hensley
Learning and growing, you talked about the change with the virtual Environment that we all live in post covert right, post pandemic.
08:19 - 08:21
Chris Hensley
We're all having to make some transitions.
08:21 - 08:26
Chris Hensley
They're just really valuing valuing your time on this journey.
08:26 - 08:29
Chris Hensley
If you are a natural nurture, I'm kind of fall into this a little bit.
08:29 - 08:33
Chris Hensley
I like to help people so much that sometimes you end up giving stuff away, right?
08:33 - 08:38
Chris Hensley
So so really, what you spoke about was finding value in the things that we do.
08:38 - 08:40
Chris Hensley
You talked about Imposter Syndrome.
08:40 - 08:51
Chris Hensley
These are all really, really important things for people who are, you know, you're using your coaching services, that are gonna be either in currently in a leadership role, or will be in the future.
08:52 - 08:53
Chris Hensley
Let's, let's pivot one more time.
08:53 - 08:55
Chris Hensley
We're going to talk about authorship here.
08:56 - 08:58
Chris Hensley
Your book, Connecting the Dots Backwards.
08:59 - 09:01
Chris Hensley
It's offers intriguing perspectives.
09:01 - 09:08
Chris Hensley
Can you share a key insight or lesson from the book that has been particularly impactful for your readers?
09:08 - 09:09
Elona Lopari
Hmm.
09:09 - 09:11
Elona Lopari
Yeah, that was actually my first book.
09:11 - 09:29
Elona Lopari
And it wasn't the attempt to pretty much share my life journey and experience, sort of like a memoir, no expertise sort of book, and I kinda combined it into both, but it's really, the main takeaway of the bulk is really helping people clarify their life vision.
09:30 - 09:35
Elona Lopari
Kind of discover their values, figure out what's important to them, in their face and stage of life growth.
09:35 - 09:39
Elona Lopari
And really kind of connecting those dots towards their purpose.
09:39 - 09:49
Elona Lopari
Meaning that, looking backwards in their journey, in their personal life, from childhood, all the way on to where they are now, And then, of course, envisioning for what they want to achieve in the future.
09:49 - 09:57
Elona Lopari
And really paying very close attention reflectively to a lot of the meaningful moments, are situations in our lives that have.
09:58 - 10:02
Elona Lopari
Maybe we thought, were there, you know, just by circumstance or whatever.
10:03 - 10:10
Elona Lopari
Know, you might think, But they were very intentional in the way that we actually are in the work that we're actually doing.
10:10 - 10:11
Elona Lopari
I've shared one of my personal stories.
10:11 - 10:18
Elona Lopari
How even when I was a very little, 13 years old, I've put together, you know, shows in my neighborhood.
10:18 - 10:24
Elona Lopari
And I always wanted to get people together around me and kinda, you know, connect with each other.
10:24 - 10:28
Elona Lopari
And, you know, entertain and educate and inspire people.
10:28 - 10:33
Elona Lopari
And that's crazy how I pretty much, I'm doing the same work that I have been now.
10:33 - 10:46
Elona Lopari
So I always encourage people to kinda pay attention to those things that attract, you, are those things that you admire because there is there's a very high likelihood that those are talents or untapped gifts that are already sitting inside of you.
10:46 - 10:48
Elona Lopari
And the new realizing their potential.
10:49 - 11:01
Elona Lopari
Know, those are all things that you can tap into eventually, to also combine them with the, with the way that you grow your business, or the way that, where you put your time intentionally and how you align your purpose with your profit.
11:02 - 11:02
Chris Hensley
I love it.
11:02 - 11:08
Chris Hensley
I love it, so I'm picturing you as a teenager putting together these shows in the neighborhood That's that's awesome.
11:08 - 11:17
Chris Hensley
You know, one of the things you talk about in the book is, you know, sharing your story, and your purpose, and clarifying your life vision.
11:17 - 11:19
Chris Hensley
This can be very difficult for people.
11:19 - 11:20
Chris Hensley
So I'm intrigued.
11:20 - 11:36
Chris Hensley
And, you know, I might go read that, because even finding those stories those moments in life that you talked about, your talents, natural talents that are there, these may be kind of milestones that you're not even touching on, and, so what a great, what, a great way to come at that.
11:37 - 11:48
Chris Hensley
Let's talk about your podcast because I know that you have the the Life School Masterclass Podcast as the host of that, what have been some of the most rewarding aspects of this venture.
11:50 - 11:51
Elona Lopari
Yeah.
11:51 - 11:56
Elona Lopari
It's how I actually started in this journey by listening to other podcasts.
11:56 - 12:09
Elona Lopari
So it definitely podcasting holes and are near and dear no way or channel to kind of learn and and to have different voices or look up at, you know, get get acquainted or connected to other people in their life journey.
12:09 - 12:14
Elona Lopari
So I fell in love with podcasting very early on and in my show as the.
12:14 - 12:20
Elona Lopari
Show is grown and evolved I find that every show is on Masterclass, which is why I named it the live schoolmaster show.
12:20 - 12:26
Elona Lopari
Because, you know, even when I'm doing this, all of this out and sharing my knowledge, and expertise, or experience.
12:26 - 12:36
Elona Lopari
Or even when I bring in amazing, successful, hard, driven, CEOs, purpose driven, leaders on the show, know, there's always something to learn.
12:36 - 12:39
Elona Lopari
And I always find that the whole coaching industry is built on.
12:40 - 12:50
Elona Lopari
Mentorship is built on learning from other people's experiences and also surrounding yourself with people that are playing a bigger, you know, game in the world.
12:50 - 13:02
Elona Lopari
Then they're creating impact, then, you know, just the fact that you get, I get to speak to so many guests on there and they get to share their expertise around the different topics that interest the audience.
13:02 - 13:19
Elona Lopari
You know, I'm always learning and growing and taking notes, So it's just been that channel that, you know, it's how I get to share the message with the world, but most importantly, how do I get to bring in other people in my community to really add value and service to our audience.
13:19 - 13:20
Elona Lopari
So yeah.
13:20 - 13:23
Elona Lopari
That's what the nutshell the lifestyle masterclass show is all about.
13:24 - 13:25
Chris Hensley
I love it, I love it.
13:25 - 13:27
Chris Hensley
You said how I share with the world.
13:27 - 13:29
Chris Hensley
That's a great, great way to look at it.
13:30 - 13:35
Chris Hensley
And This, this was one of the channels that kinda got you started, you fell in love with it early on.
13:36 - 13:41
Chris Hensley
Then you talk about that, I'm very passionate about my show to talk about the podcast.
13:41 - 13:43
Chris Hensley
It's almost like talking about my baby.
13:43 - 13:48
Chris Hensley
So I can see that in you as well, and every show that you do as a masterclass.
13:49 - 13:58
Chris Hensley
And you also talked about mentorship and we all have those people in our lives that are, they may not have the title of mentor, but they played that role, right?
13:58 - 14:00
Chris Hensley
We've seen them guide us through our journey.
14:01 - 14:06
Chris Hensley
Careers are personal lives, and they've been kind of blazing the path before we get there.
14:06 - 14:13
Chris Hensley
And, you know, we're honest enough to ask for the help, and these people are mentors, and so this is, this is a fantastic.
14:13 - 14:15
Chris Hensley
You know, if that's something you're interested in.
14:15 - 14:22
Chris Hensley
Check out the Podcast Life School Masterclass podcast, I wanted to get back to the coaching, though.
14:22 - 14:30
Chris Hensley
How would you describe your unique approach to coaching and what do you believe sets your methodology apart from others in the field?
14:31 - 14:40
Elona Lopari
Yeah, I love that question, because even just through my journey of realizing that I'm very strong in business and I very high business acumen, not only from my inner gifts.
14:41 - 14:47
Elona Lopari
So, from my experience, it's really bringing together a few of the most fundamental pieces.
14:47 - 15:03
Elona Lopari
Are pillars in Business, which is your branding marketing, sales systems and teams, and all of those are pillars on their fundamentals, and especially when you build a business business from startup, all the way to, you know, however big, you want to grow it.
15:03 - 15:19
Elona Lopari
There's always you want to ensure that those fundamentals, the bricks, are in the right order so that you can build as a big company, you know, as big as you'd like it based on your vocation, your vision mission, and also the impact you get to create with the world, and that's what I've done, icon.
15:19 - 15:23
Elona Lopari
I've always been very good at connecting the right important.
15:23 - 15:25
Elona Lopari
That's in business alive.
15:25 - 15:38
Elona Lopari
So, You know, I've done the same with my work and now helped so many clients do the same, but really meeting them where they are and helping them implement a lot of those different foundations in the business.
15:38 - 15:47
Elona Lopari
And while helping them solve the two main problems that usually business of businesses face, which is lack of consistent cash, flow and sales, and also lack of scalability.
15:47 - 15:55
Elona Lopari
Not knowing, you know, operationally what are the right things to focus on, to get to that next level.
15:55 - 16:04
Elona Lopari
So, as you get to the next level, usually you want to include more of the systems and teams, and that's what I hope businesses do side.
16:04 - 16:22
Elona Lopari
Meet them where they are personalize A lot of these different focuses and pillars around, you know, where they are and help them grow very healthy, sustainable, legacy businesses that are going to not only become the vocation of the work they do, but also they do more good in the world.
16:22 - 16:32
Elona Lopari
Because a lot of entrepreneurs that I work with, or even myself, we have our foundations, and we, or, we'd like to create jobs for people, and we'd like to help.
16:32 - 16:35
Elona Lopari
Cause clients get massive transformation.
16:35 - 16:39
Elona Lopari
So we believe in the service aspect of, why we do what we do.
16:39 - 16:41
Elona Lopari
So, that's why I stayed in the service.
16:41 - 16:48
Elona Lopari
Industry, I love this industry, because that's, you know, for me, it's like, that's how we get to create impact for others.
16:48 - 16:52
Elona Lopari
So, yeah, that is my unique methodology that I've perfected over the years.
16:53 - 16:54
Chris Hensley
Love it, I love it.
16:54 - 16:59
Chris Hensley
So you said a whole bunch in a short amount of time, so I'm going to try to unpack that there.
16:59 - 17:10
Chris Hensley
Because this is very strong information for entrepreneurs, for you, really anybody, but specifically, if you're a business owner, you the four things that you lead with.
17:10 - 17:11
Chris Hensley
I want to make sure I got it right here.
17:11 - 17:15
Chris Hensley
Branding, marketing, sales, system, and was a teams.
17:15 - 17:16
Chris Hensley
The last one are.
17:16 - 17:17
Elona Lopari
Technical.
17:17 - 17:17
Chris Hensley
Teams.
17:18 - 17:18
Elona Lopari
Marketing.
17:18 - 17:23
Elona Lopari
So it's branding, marketing, sales, system, and then teams.
17:24 - 17:26
Chris Hensley
Sales, systems, and teens.
17:26 - 17:29
Chris Hensley
So each one, you could do a whole show, just how each one of those.
17:30 - 17:35
Chris Hensley
Those are very big things that if you don't get right, it's not gonna work right here.
17:35 - 17:37
Chris Hensley
You're gonna have a bad time.
17:37 - 17:43
Chris Hensley
You talked about, also, the two big problems that entrepreneurs have and that's cash flow and sales.
17:43 - 17:43
Chris Hensley
Right.
17:43 - 17:45
Chris Hensley
Not having the revenue coming in.
17:45 - 17:46
Chris Hensley
And then scaling.
17:46 - 17:54
Chris Hensley
So let's say you have the revenue coming in but you don't know how to make it repeatable that you might get burned out or have a bad system in place.
17:54 - 17:55
Chris Hensley
So this is a lot.
17:55 - 18:00
Chris Hensley
This is a really good skeleton for a successful entrepreneur, successful business owner.
18:01 - 18:02
Chris Hensley
That's great.
18:02 - 18:05
Chris Hensley
That's a really good, actionable tips for listeners here.
18:06 - 18:09
Chris Hensley
Let's talk about cultural influence on leadership.
18:09 - 18:13
Chris Hensley
You've spoken about challenging cultural expectations.
18:13 - 18:18
Chris Hensley
How do you think cultural norms and backgrounds influence individuals in their professional journeys?
18:19 - 18:19
Chris Hensley
Especially women.
18:22 - 18:28
Elona Lopari
Yeah, I think culture is everything, because it's just like anything, We are the product of our environments as humans, right?
18:28 - 18:35
Elona Lopari
So whether we're in our company culture and we're on our family culture, or just culture, social culture overall.
18:35 - 18:54
Elona Lopari
I think it's important to understand that, you know, if we are, we are aligned with a culture that is appreciative, that is open minded, that is embracing diversity, that is, ensuring that it appreciates everybody's feedback, and also contribution.
18:54 - 18:58
Elona Lopari
Then, of course, I would say, well, that's a culture where you find support.
18:58 - 19:03
Elona Lopari
You find, you know, tools, you find resources, and you always get to learn and grow and contribute.
19:03 - 19:18
Elona Lopari
Because I realized, even for my HR career, for over seven years, that the two main fundamentals of what humans want want in any company is to learn and grow, and also to contribute to something that's meaningful to them.
19:18 - 19:31
Elona Lopari
So, those two things are going to keep them going retained for a long, long time, and always two of the main problems with cultures and companies, Because I also work with corporations that are purpose driven as those two main things, Right.
19:31 - 19:33
Elona Lopari
How do we attract the right talent?
19:33 - 19:34
Elona Lopari
And how do we retain them?
19:35 - 19:37
Elona Lopari
So that, you know, the company can grow?
19:38 - 19:49
Elona Lopari
But, I would say, yeah, that's, that's the, that's the, the pieces of a good, healthy culture that I've seen are the most fundamental, and also, the leading by example, from the leader, right?
19:49 - 19:50
Elona Lopari
And we mentioned women.
19:50 - 19:55
Elona Lopari
You know, given everybody equal opportunity, I think, you know, we all understand that this is so very important.
19:55 - 19:59
Elona Lopari
And leveraging everyone's talents and gifts.
19:59 - 20:05
Elona Lopari
This was one of the things that I've done really well in my corporate career, which helped me expand my region very fast.
20:05 - 20:16
Elona Lopari
Actually, when I was a regional director, is kinda identifying the right talents, and aligning, and putting, structuring people with the right roles and responsibilities that they thrive.
20:16 - 20:29
Elona Lopari
Then they, again, felt like they were contributing, and they could utilize their strengths and skills and also grow, of course, Because I think as humans, you know, we don't want, it's not enough to just pray, to want to ask for praise.
20:29 - 20:30
Elona Lopari
We want to grow.
20:30 - 20:36
Elona Lopari
So, there's areas where we can grow kinda aligning both of those two things.
20:37 - 20:41
Elona Lopari
You know, is the key to success, will sustainable culture, for sure.
20:41 - 20:53
Elona Lopari
And leaders don't understand that, An unconscious leaders, and always learning and growing and raising their awareness as leaders, so that they can create those effective, intuitive environments for their teams.
20:53 - 20:59
Elona Lopari
Are always going to be the leaders that go further faster And are going to be able to innovate and withhold.
20:59 - 21:02
Elona Lopari
You know, technology advancements or compensation or anything like that.
21:02 - 21:07
Elona Lopari
That might be an outside circumstance to their company.
21:07 - 21:11
Elona Lopari
Either scaling or staying the same.
21:11 - 21:15
Elona Lopari
And eventually, we all know that, we can stay in this box up.
21:19 - 21:20
Chris Hensley
Very true.
21:20 - 21:38
Chris Hensley
So, you know, again, this is a lot of stuff that's very important for, you know, you mentioned corporations, just corporate culture, but also for, for entrepreneurs, solo entrepreneurs, even CIMA to, when it comes down to, you know, if you could attract talent, so you're recruiting, you're hiring people.
21:38 - 21:39
Chris Hensley
Keep them, right.
21:39 - 21:43
Chris Hensley
That's the, you know, the one piece is getting the talent and then keeping them.
21:43 - 21:47
Chris Hensley
So that's, that's important, people growing your people, right?
21:47 - 21:56
Chris Hensley
Leading by example, being a conscious leader, being open minded, having diversity, and really embracing diversity within your company.
21:56 - 22:01
Chris Hensley
These are all, even when it comes to the cultural influence on leadership.
22:02 - 22:04
Chris Hensley
So, we're getting towards the end of the show.
22:04 - 22:06
Chris Hensley
We've got about six minutes left here.
22:07 - 22:10
Chris Hensley
I'd like you to share a success story that you've had.
22:10 - 22:16
Chris Hensley
In your role as executive coach, you've helped numerous business owners achieve success.
22:17 - 22:20
Chris Hensley
Did you share a particularly memorable success story?
22:20 - 22:22
Chris Hensley
That exemplifies you're in.
22:24 - 22:25
Elona Lopari
Yeah, absolutely.
22:25 - 22:33
Elona Lopari
So I have the CEO, one of my clients was building her career coaching business.
22:33 - 22:36
Elona Lopari
And she wasn't necessarily sure where to start.
22:36 - 22:40
Elona Lopari
She had some traction with some of the strategies as she was trying online.
22:40 - 22:43
Elona Lopari
However, she was never clear on their messaging or target audience.
22:43 - 23:00
Elona Lopari
And even the business model, I find that a business model that is selected based on the app, or the goals of someone else from for their personal lives, and their, their, their business income, revenue generation aspect is very important as well.
23:00 - 23:10
Elona Lopari
There's a big gap online because it's so easy to kind of compare Business models to one another while somebody's doing courses, so, let's just do that, or memberships or this or that, right?
23:10 - 23:19
Elona Lopari
And I always say that, understanding what is the right container for the viable transformation you want to give and pricing accordingly, is, well, you know, where you want to focus.
23:19 - 23:31
Elona Lopari
So, we work together on the lava that clarity on the messaging, and also utilizing these new channels, whether it's podcasting or book writing, or growing, you know, our audience.
23:31 - 23:41
Elona Lopari
And also, understanding how to nurture these relationships, how to build our brand builder, company, and build the know like, and trust, which is so important, in a relationship.
23:41 - 23:54
Elona Lopari
And, very, very quickly, she landed a few major speaking opportunities, based on the work that she was doing, and also started serving clients and their business associate, tripled our business with them.
23:55 - 24:13
Elona Lopari
Three month timeframe that we're working together, and only talk is just clarifying, and connecting some dots very quickly, and Focusing on the right activities that are going to be income producing for the business, and those are the results and she continues to evolve and grow the business from there.
24:14 - 24:15
Chris Hensley
That's fantastic.
24:15 - 24:21
Chris Hensley
So, triple the business, and really, you know, the things that you mentioned, clarifying their vision.
24:23 - 24:30
Chris Hensley
All these things are, when you're the person that's in the weeds doing these things, it's often hard to see it, right.
24:30 - 24:45
Chris Hensley
But to have a second set of eyes and somebody who tell shows you know, what kinda outlines what you need to do and then puts you laser focused into those actions and then you mentioned right away, she got a bunch of speaking engagements is really kind of magical right now.
24:45 - 24:49
Chris Hensley
If you do these activities, other things that you don't even expect, just kind of bubble up.
24:50 - 24:51
Chris Hensley
It's kinda like happy accident.
24:52 - 25:02
Chris Hensley
So so getting the speaking engagements and the tripling her, her revenue in the first, you know, three months after this and three, triple revenue, that's, that's awesome.
25:03 - 25:06
Chris Hensley
Let's talk a little bit about the few minutes we have left here.
25:06 - 25:15
Chris Hensley
You also do speaking engagements as a seasoned keynote speaker message do you most hope to, impart to your audience.
25:16 - 25:16
Elona Lopari
Hmm, hmm.
25:18 - 25:22
Elona Lopari
So, my main message is around how to build a legacy purpose driven company?
25:22 - 25:28
Elona Lopari
And I speak about those six pillars that yes, they could, it could have been shown its own.
25:28 - 25:40
Elona Lopari
And that's not to say that, you know, when I, When I share them, Most people do think that, but once you understand open that, call these things in your business, then it becomes, like, oh, OK, that makes a lot of sense.
25:40 - 25:42
Elona Lopari
It's all things that feed off one another, right?
25:42 - 25:52
Elona Lopari
They're not Separately, it just like, when you exercise, you know, when you want to lose weight, you want to look at your eating habits, your exercise habits, right, all these different things.
25:52 - 25:57
Elona Lopari
So, it's the same for businesses, There is a process to growing their business.
25:57 - 26:07
Elona Lopari
So, my, my, my main most popular topic that I speak about stages as tau one and then purpose driven leadership.
26:07 - 26:16
Elona Lopari
So, I also speak about the seven pillars to become a purpose driven leader to align your purpose and your profit as well.
26:16 - 26:17
Elona Lopari
So those are the main two.
26:17 - 26:26
Elona Lopari
Then, occasionally, I'll speak about purpose regarding purpose, How to align your purpose personally and professionally as well.
26:27 - 26:28
Chris Hensley
I love it.
26:28 - 26:42
Chris Hensley
And jot those down to six pillars, The purpose driven leadership of these are, so, if you are an HR manager and you're trying to teach these soft skills not just to the employees, but also change the leadership, right.
26:42 - 26:49
Chris Hensley
Because a lot of times, their analytics and they're lacking in the soft skills, right, listen up, because this is, this is what you need here.
26:49 - 26:55
Chris Hensley
So if they wanted to get you for a speaking engagement, how would somebody reach out to you?
26:57 - 27:00
Elona Lopari
Yeah, I have my speaking page on my website alone, other ...
27:00 - 27:01
Elona Lopari
Dot com.
27:01 - 27:13
Elona Lopari
And in addition to the my speaking page, I also have a few other resources for people that are free There's a free masterclass and also free PDF of a marketing checklist so that they can upload.
27:13 - 27:16
Elona Lopari
Depending on where they are in their faces stage of business.
27:16 - 27:20
Elona Lopari
But yeah, they can check out the website alone, either parent coaching dot com.
27:21 - 27:21
Chris Hensley
Fantastic.
27:21 - 27:23
Chris Hensley
So, if you're driving right now.
27:23 - 27:28
Chris Hensley
You don't have to stop the car, we're going to have this in the podcast notes, You'll have a link to her website as well.
27:29 - 27:40
Chris Hensley
In the last week, that was the quickest half-hour or so as we're right here at the end, Alanna, can you, is there anything that I forgot to ask you that you'd like to share with the listeners?
27:43 - 27:45
Elona Lopari
Know, I think you covered it pretty thoroughly.
27:46 - 27:51
Elona Lopari
I think, you know, hopefully what I shared definitely was a service to the audience.
27:51 - 27:56
Elona Lopari
But a final message for the audience is to always learn and grow.
27:56 - 28:10
Elona Lopari
Always keep evolving as the CEO or the entrepreneur in your business because, again, you know, this is the way that the channel that we all have you use or kind of picked to be fulfilled in life.
28:10 - 28:20
Elona Lopari
I think at the end of the day, that's what I was looking for many years ago, finding that, fulfillment, Because success on the outside, just based on sort of what we have learned, it's not sustainable.
28:20 - 28:21
Elona Lopari
So we all go within.
28:21 - 28:34
Elona Lopari
And once you do the inner work and you evolve and grow as a leader, you know, the results that you are able to create a create on the, outside of the impact you get to create kind of jumps you out of, you know from your bed in the morning.
28:34 - 28:36
Elona Lopari
There's no need for alarm clocks anymore.
28:36 - 28:37
Elona Lopari
Your purpose is calling you.
28:37 - 28:39
Elona Lopari
So just keep going.
28:39 - 28:46
Elona Lopari
And I think more of the world needs more people that are happy and fulfilled and believe in the work that they're doing and they're getting up every day.
28:46 - 29:02
Elona Lopari
And despite challenges that they face, they, their vocation, their purpose is bigger than the challenges that they face, and I really believe these are the people that are going to change the world and create evolution and create meaningful impact.
29:03 - 29:03
Elona Lopari
I love.
29:03 - 29:03
Chris Hensley
It.
29:03 - 29:04
Chris Hensley
I love it.
29:04 - 29:06
Chris Hensley
What a great place to leave us with.
29:06 - 29:10
Chris Hensley
Wake up, keep going, don't stop, keep going there.
29:10 - 29:12
Chris Hensley
A lot of thanks so much for being on the show today.
29:12 - 29:13
Chris Hensley
Have a great rest of the day.
29:14 - 29:15
Elona Lopari

29:15 - 29:16
Elona Lopari
